Meet Rick Docekal

Garden Center Manager
Professional Horticulturist


Rick is a graduate of UMASS Extensions Green School. He is the Garden Center Manager for Lunenburg.

Rick specializes in nursery plant materials. His responsibilities include supervising the entire sales area including nursery, hardgoods, statuary, seasonal displays, display gardens, the retail store, our production facility, annuals and perennials. It's a huge list to keep track of, but Rick is one of those guys who can fix almost anything with almost nothing! Rick has been with us since 1996.

Rick's family also plays a role here at Lakeview. Daughter Jessica works part time in our retail store and son Michael helps out in the nursery and sales yards.
